The companies received all required regulatory approvals and shareholder consent, and ADTRAN Holdings became the parent company of ADVA after exchanging tendered ADVA shares for ADTRAN Holdings shares.

The deal positions the combined company to lead in cloud data center and 5G infrastructure markets, will domicile the combined company in the United States, and is expected to deliver $125 million of annual run-rate synergies within 18 months.
