Pollock Company, a third-generation family-owned technology and office solutions provider based in Augusta, Georgia, has acquired ATG Communications, a local internet and voice service provider that has served the Augusta area for 36 years. The acquisition adds connectivity and voice infrastructure to Pollock's managed IT, cybersecurity, print and physical security offerings to deliver more integrated technology services to regional business customers.

ADTRAN Holdings Acquires ADVA Optical Networking in Business Combination

French State Acquires Alcatel Submarine Networks from Nokia

Nokia completed the sale of Alcatel Submarine Networks (ASN) to the French State (represented by the Agence des participations de l'Etat) on 31 December 2024, with Nokia retaining a 20% stake and board representation until a targeted exit. Australia Tower Network (ATN), owned by AustralianSuper and Singtel, has agreed to buy 100% of Axicom from Macquarie Asset Management and its coinvestors for A$3,580 million. Axicom is Australia’s largest independent mobile towers owner (around 2,000 sites); the acquisition expands ATN's Australian tower portfolio and provides a platform for further growth and co-location opportunities.
