ATN International Acquires Alaska Communications Systems Group

ATN International (ATN), together with financial partner Freedom 3 Capital, agreed to acquire Alaska Communications Systems Group in an all-cash transaction valued at about $332 million (including net debt), for $3.40 per share. Alaska Communications stockholders approved the deal in March 2021, and ATN later completed the acquisition in July 2021.
