Australia Tower Network (AustralianSuper & Singtel) Acquires Axicom from Macquarie Asset Management

Australia Tower Network (ATN), owned by AustralianSuper and Singtel, has agreed to buy 100% of Axicom from Macquarie Asset Management and its coinvestors for A$3,580 million. Axicom is Australia’s largest independent mobile towers owner (around 2,000 sites); the acquisition expands ATN's Australian tower portfolio and provides a platform for further growth and co-location opportunities.

ATN International Acquires Alaska Communications Systems Group

ATN International (ATN), together with financial partner Freedom 3 Capital, agreed to acquire Alaska Communications Systems Group in an all-cash transaction valued at about $332 million (including net debt), for $3.40 per share. Alaska Communications stockholders approved the deal in March 2021, and ATN later completed the acquisition in July 2021.
