(ADS) has acquired River Valley Pipe LLC, a privately owned manufacturer of corrugated plastic pipe serving the agriculture market, headquartered in Lacon, Illinois with manufacturing locations in Illinois and Iowa. The acquisition supports ADS’s strategic priority to grow its market-leading position in stormwater and agricultural drainage across key Midwest states and expands its manufacturing footprint and capabilities in those regions.
