Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions (AMPS) has acquired Drexi, a pharmacy solution that provides transparent, pass-thru pricing across a nationwide network of more than 65,000 pharmacies. The acquisition expands AMPS' healthcare cost management suite into prescription medications, combining engineering teams in Phoenix to deliver integrated medical and pharmacy cost-containment services for self-funded employers, TPAs, and health plans.
