Advarra acquired Quorum Review IRB and its research and technology consulting division, Kinetiq, expanding the combined company's IRB, IBC and research compliance capabilities. The deal creates the largest global integrated IRB and research compliance services organization, broadening Advarra’s geographic reach (including Quorum’s Seattle office) and service offerings for pharmaceutical, biotech, device, academic and health system clients.
