Advent Home Medical, a New Harbor Capital portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of RehabTech Supply Corporation (dba Life Tech), a provider of high‑tech home respiratory equipment and services focused on highly acute pediatric patients. The deal expands Advent's Midwestern footprint and capabilities, combining two large home respiratory care businesses to better serve complex ventilator- and trach-dependent patients.
