AEA Investors Acquires Dana Safety Supply

AEA Investors’ Small Business Private Equity team has closed the acquisition of Dana Safety Supply, a Greensboro, North Carolina–based public safety vehicle upfitter and tactical gear distributor. The deal includes significant investment from Dana Safety Supply’s management and positions AEA to pursue organic growth and further M&A in the public safety services market.
