AEA Investors’ Small Business Private Equity (AEA SBPE) team closed the acquisition of Crane Engineering Sales, a Kimberly, Wisconsin-based provider of flow control and fluid handling distribution, services and engineered skid systems. The transaction includes significant reinvestment from Crane’s management and employees and positions AEA to grow the business organically and via acquisitions in the industrial distribution market.
