Safety Supply Group has acquired A.D.A. Supplies & Leasing Services Inc., a Bonaire, Georgia-based distributor of safety and industrial supplies. The deal — facilitated by Benchmark International — combines the companies to expand product offerings, streamline operations and support Safety Supply Group's planned second location; A.D.A. founder Dee Cabrera exited the business as part of the transaction.
