An affiliate of Mill Point Capital LLC has completed the acquisition of the commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment businesses of FEMSA (doing business as Imbera and Torrey) in a cross‑border corporate carve‑out, establishing AeriTek Global LLC as a standalone platform. The transaction unites the Imbera and Torrey brands under Mill Point's ownership to support product innovation, sustainability initiatives and expanded aftermarket services from the company's Kennesaw, Georgia headquarters.

HDT Global Acquires Federal-Fabrics-Fibers, Inc. (3F)

HDT Global, a Solon, Ohio-based manufacturer of expeditionary and defense solutions, has acquired Federal-Fabrics-Fibers, Inc. (3F), a Lowell, Massachusetts manufacturer of advanced woven and non-woven air-supported (AirBeam) shelter systems. The acquisition adds 2- and 3-D shaped woven AirBeam technology and rapid-prototyping capabilities to HDT's expeditionary shelter product portfolio to better serve U.S. government and allied military customers.

AeriTek (Mill Point Capital) Acquires Due North (Minus Forty QBD Corp)

AeriTek Global Holdings (a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital) has acquired Minus Forty QBD Corp, doing business as Due North, combining AeriTek’s Imbera and Torrey businesses with Due North’s QBD and Minus Forty brands to create a scaled North American manufacturer and distributor of refrigerated display cases. Ronin Equity Partners, which formed Due North in 2021, is exiting the investment as part of the transaction and intends to run a GP-led continuation vehicle to bring in new minority investors in the expanded group.

IDEX Corporation Acquires Airtech Group and US Valve from EagleTree Capital

IDEX Corporation agreed to acquire Airtech Group, Inc., US Valve Corporation and related entities from investment funds managed by EagleTree Capital for $470 million in cash (subject to customary adjustments). The acquisition brings engineered vacuum pumps, regenerative blowers, compressor systems and valves into IDEX's Health & Science Technology segment; Airtech's largest facility is in Rutherford, New Jersey, with additional operations in Werneck, Germany and Shenzhen, China.
