African Discovery Group Approves Merger to Acquire SOCIETE GRABIN MINING SAS and Form Copper Intelligence

African Discovery Group (AFDG) announced that shareholders approved its pending merger to acquire 100% of SOCIETE GRABIN MINING SAS (GRABIN) through a stock-based transaction. The combined company, branded as “Copper Intelligence,” is expected to become the first stand-alone Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) copper exploration company publicly traded in the United States, pending closing.
