AgencyBloc, a Cedar Falls-based agency management system (AMS) provider and portfolio company of Resurgens Technology Partners, has acquired FormFire, a Cleveland-based quoting and enrollment platform for small-group benefits. The acquisition integrates FormFire's small-group quoting, enrollment, and medical questionnaire capabilities into AgencyBloc's AMS to streamline broker workflows and expand carrier connectivity.
