Agilico (Horizon-backed) Acquires Condor Office Solutions, Systems Technology and CSL Business Machines

Horizon Capital-backed Agilico has acquired three UK managed print service providers—Condor Office Solutions, Systems Technology and CSL Business Machines—as part of its buy-and-build strategy to consolidate the fragmented MPS market. The acquisitions expand Agilico’s geographic coverage across southern England and the Midlands, complement its Canon and Konica Minolta channel partnerships and support the Group's continued growth as a market-leading managed services provider.
