Veritiv Operating Company acquired Tampa, Florida-based Quick Pak, Inc. and Lakewood, New Jersey-based Stickel Packaging Supply to deepen its packaging capabilities and expand regional customer coverage. The purchases strengthen Veritiv’s presence in Central Florida and improve penetration in underrepresented Northeast markets, adding complementary product lines and experienced distributor teams.

STOK Acquires BEWI's Packaging Trading Business (BEWI Food)

STOK, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Europe (AMCE), has entered into a binding agreement to acquire BEWI's trading business ("BEWI Food"), a leading distributor of food packaging in Norway and Iceland. The deal is STOK's first add-on since AMCE's April 2024 investment and is intended to create a leading packaging distributor across Denmark, Norway, Iceland and Greenland, with combined pro forma sales of ~€190m in 2024.

Stord Acquires ProPack Logistics

A.P. Moller Holding Acquires Faerch Group

A.P. Møller Holding A/S has signed an agreement to acquire Faerch A/S, a pan‑European leader in sustainable food packaging, from funds managed by Advent International for approximately EUR 1.9 billion. The deal, subject to competition approvals and completion of Faerch's recently announced Sirap acquisition, will support Faerch's expansion of recycling capacity and accelerate its circular packaging strategy.

Pixelle Specialty Solutions Acquires Specialty Paper Mills from Verso Corporation

Pixelle Specialty Solutions, the Lindsay Goldberg‑backed specialty paper platform, agreed to acquire Verso Corporation’s specialty paper mills in Jay, Maine (Androscoggin) and Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The deal, announced in November 2019 and completed in February 2020, expands Pixelle’s production capacity and establishes it as the largest specialty papers producer in North America by annual tonnage.
