(doing business as Pro Tech Services), a Byron, Georgia-based HVAC and plumbing services provider. The deal expands ACS's service mix toward service and replacement, adds plumbing capabilities, and strengthens ACS's presence in Middle Georgia as a PE-backed add-on.
