AIT Worldwide Logistics Acquires Panther Logistics

Chicago-based AIT Worldwide Logistics has acquired Northampton-based Panther Logistics from mid-market private equity firm LDC. The purchase, terms undisclosed, gives AIT a stronger UK presence and brings Panther's two-person home-delivery and e-commerce logistics capabilities into AIT's global footprint.
