BOX Partners, a national packaging wholesaler majority‑owned by Charlesbank Capital Partners, has acquired The Packaging Wholesalers (TPW), a nationwide packaging distributor with a more than 20‑year track record. The deal combines distribution footprints and capabilities to create a larger national wholesaler with six distribution locations and 3M+ square feet to improve product assortment and faster delivery for customers.

The deal is an add-on to Flex Pack’s platform to expand manufacturing capabilities and capabilities in flexible packaging as the platform pursues additional acquisitions.

The acquisition (terms undisclosed) expands Mill Rock Packaging's Western U.S. footprint and capabilities across design, printing and converting while All Packaging's president Kenneth Pepper and senior management retain ownership stakes and will continue to lead the business.
