CoreX, a ServiceNow Elite consulting platform backed by NewSpring, has acquired InSource's ServiceNow business unit, with the transaction closing in late December 2025. The deal brings InSource's 1,500+ ServiceNow implementations and strong CSAT to CoreX, more than doubling CoreX's U.S. headcount and expanding delivery capacity and capabilities across North America and Latin America.
