("SprayEZ"), with NewSpring Capital and Providence Investment Partners joining the transaction; founders Fred and Kibbee Akel remain key owners. The capital will fund nationwide expansion, a third location, an expanded aftermarket product line, and broader distribution of the proprietary ExpandoThane coating; Heritage Capital Group advised the sellers.
