Magna5, a NewSpring Holdings platform company, has acquired Shock I.T. Support, a regional managed IT, cybersecurity and network infrastructure provider based in Bristol, Pennsylvania. The add-on expands Magna5's Mid-Atlantic footprint and adds network and wireless design/installation capabilities as well as a customer base concentrated in home services and biopharma.
