Albers Aerospace, advised by DLA Piper, completed simultaneous acquisitions of Advanced Packaging Inc. (API) and Impact Case & Container (ICC). The two targets are providers of custom, ruggedized packaging and container solutions, expanding Albers Aerospace's capabilities to serve aerospace and defense customers with mission‑critical shipping, storage and protective packaging products.
