Alera Group Acquires Fringe Benefit Analysts

Alera Group, a national insurance and wealth management firm, has acquired Fringe Benefit Analysts, a Utah-based employee benefits and insurance consulting firm with five locations. The Fringe Benefit Analysts team will remain in place; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Alera Group’s employee benefits capabilities and presence in Utah.
