Alera Group announced the acquisition of Granite Group Benefits, LLC effective December 31, 2020. Granite Group Benefits, a Manchester, New Hampshire-based employee benefits and risk management firm led by K. Brian McLaughlin, will join Alera’s national platform while continuing to serve clients from its existing team; terms were not disclosed.
