Alera Group has acquired Todd Associates, Inc., an independent insurance agency headquartered in Beachwood, Ohio, effective December 1, 2020. The acquisition expands Alera Group's presence in the Midwest and Florida and adds Todd Associates' property & casualty and employee benefits capabilities to Alera's national platform.
