Alfa Laval to Acquire Fives Cryogenics for EUR 800 Million

Alfa Laval has signed a binding put-option agreement to acquire the Fives Cryogenics business unit from Fives Group for a total fixed purchase price of EUR 800 million on a cash and debt-free basis. The deal is expected to close in 2025, subject to works council consultation and regulatory approvals.

Alfa Laval to Acquire NRG Marine

Alfa Laval has signed an agreement to acquire NRG Marine, a UK-headquartered provider of ultrasonic anti-fouling solutions for marine, oil and gas, and industrial applications. The deal is aimed at extending Alfa Laval’s portfolio with more sustainable ultrasonic anti-fouling technology and is expected to close during Q2 2025.

AQUALIS Acquires Stormwater Solutions Engineering, LLC
