Alfar Capital and Walter Capital Partners Acquire MSP Corp and Combine It with Groupe Access

Alfar Capital and Walter Capital Partners completed the acquisition of MSP Corp for more than $100 million and simultaneously combined it with Groupe Access to form a national Canadian managed-services platform under the MSP Corp name. The new company was majority-owned by the two investors, while BDC Capital retained a minority stake and management and employees held an ownership interest.
