Alfasigma to Acquire Nordic Group B.V. (Nordic Pharma)

Alfasigma S.p.A. has entered into a share purchase agreement with SEVER Life Sciences B.V. to acquire 100% of the shares of Nordic Group B.V. and its subsidiaries (Nordic Pharma). The deal will expand Alfasigma’s specialty rheumatology offering, including Nordic Pharma’s rheumatoid arthritis Nordimet (methotrexate) franchise, while also strengthening its commercial footprint in Europe, Canada, and Japan.
