Aligned Fitness Holdings Acquires Six Club Pilates Studios in Central New Jersey

Aligned Fitness Holdings, a multi-unit Club Pilates franchisee, acquired six Club Pilates studios in central New Jersey as part of its entry into the Garden State and expansion of its footprint to 61 studios nationwide. The acquisitions include two studios owned by entrepreneur Gary Laden and four studios operated by Karen and Todd Spidare. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the integration is expected to follow the close.
