All Star Auto Lights, a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, has acquired Autolights, a Ferndale, Michigan-based seller of refurbished headlights, taillights and fog lights. The deal expands All Star's refurbishment capabilities, broadens its supply chain and strengthens its Midwest footprint, particularly serving the collision repair industry and automotive dealers.
