All Star Auto Lights, a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, acquired Headlights 101, a Fayetteville, Georgia-based provider of premium refurbished headlights. The add-on expands All Star's southeast footprint by adding a refurbishment and distribution hub with one-day shipping capabilities; Headlights 101's owner Joe Bedwell will continue as General Manager.
