Allegion Acquires Brisant Secure Limited

Allegion plc, through one of its subsidiaries, has acquired Brisant Secure Limited, a Dewsbury, United Kingdom–based maker of residential security hardware (including the Ultion high-security lock cylinder). Brisant will report into Allegion International and Brisant's managing director Kevin Harvey will join Allegion; financial terms were not disclosed.
