Alliance Solution Group Acquires Intramodal Warehouses

Alliance Solution Group, a Novacap portfolio company, has acquired Intramodal Warehouses to expand its warehousing footprint in Quebec. The add-on expands Alliance’s food-grade warehousing capacity (over 500,000 sq. ft. on the Island of Montreal) and creates operational synergies with Alliance’s IntraPAK repackaging division to better serve food and beverage customers across Canada.
