Allied Universal completed five acquisitions in early 2025, adding Pinnacle Security, Diversified Maintenance Systems (DMS), Celar Security / Soltes Technology (Colombia), CI Security Specialists (CISS) and CDA, Inc. d/b/a MaxSent to its portfolio. The transactions expand Allied Universal's geographic footprint and service capabilities across guarding, facilities management, events security and security technology in the U.S. and South America.
