Allied Universal Acquires SSC Security Services Corp

Allied Universal completed its all-cash acquisition of SSC Security Services Corp. via a statutory plan of arrangement for $4.4075 per share. The acquired holding company amalgamated with its operating subsidiary to form Logixx Security Inc., while certain legacy assets and its cyber security business were carved out and purchased in a concurrent management buy-out.
