Allnorth Consultants, a Long Point Capital portfolio company, has acquired Dynamysk Automation, a Calgary-based provider of instrumentation, controls/automation and electrical (ICE) lifecycle solutions. The add-on broadens Allnorth’s engineering and project delivery capabilities and accelerates penetration into new end-markets and geographies, creating a combined ~1,000-person team.
