Alpha FMC Acquires Lionpoint Group

Alpha FMC plc has acquired Lionpoint Group, a global technology enablement and operations advisory firm serving alternative investment managers. The deal expands Alpha's geographic footprint—particularly in North America—and broadens its capabilities and client base across alternative and traditional asset managers; Lionpoint's co-founders will continue to lead the business of more than 120 consultants.
