Payment Asia Group’s Canadian business, AlphaPay, completed the strategic acquisition and integration of Motion Pay, a Canada-based payment service provider. The deal is accompanied by Payment Asia Group’s newly obtained Canadian Money Services Business (MSB) licence, strengthening its compliance and cross-border payment capabilities in North America.
