Altamont Capital Partners has entered an investment partnership with Big Top Manufacturing to support the company's growth and expansion of its tension fabric shelter operations. As part of the transaction, Vann Parrott was named CEO while former CEO Jeff Merschman will remain on the board and both will retain significant ownership.
