Altius Minerals Increases Stake in Great Bay Renewables to 50% as Apollo Exits

Altius Minerals Corporation closed a transaction to increase its effective ownership interest in Great Bay Renewable Holdings, LLC and Great Bay Renewable Holdings II, LLC (collectively, "GBR") from 29% to 50%. Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo sold their membership interests in GBR to Northampton Capital Partners, and Northampton simultaneously sold its interest in Altius Renewable Royalties Corp. to Altius—resulting in Apollo funds having no continuing interest in GBR.
