Altus Capital Partners and Centerfield Capital Partners, together with ALM Positioners' senior leadership team, have acquired ALM Positioners, a Rock Island, Illinois-based manufacturer of automated positioning equipment for welding, assembly and fabrication. The transaction is a new platform investment to support ALM's growth and will keep the existing management team in place; financial terms were not disclosed.

Xcite Automotive Acquires Pinnacle Automotive

Xcite Automotive has acquired Pinnacle Automotive, including its Diamond Dealer Services and Diamond Digital PRO platforms, to expand its reconditioning, merchandising and inventory workflow capabilities. The Pinnacle assets will be integrated into Xcite's ReconLogic and Frontline platforms; Camden Partners (a Baltimore-based private equity firm) also joined Xcite's board as part of the announcement.

Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions Acquires Willick Engineering

Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions, a Duluth, Georgia-based manufacturer of X-Ray and CT systems, has acquired Willick Engineering Co., Inc., a Santa Fe Springs, California supplier of nondestructive testing (NDT) X-ray equipment and related services. The deal — supported by Pinnacle’s partner Altus Capital Partners — expands Pinnacle’s west coast presence, product/service offerings and NADCAP-certified inspection capacity; financial terms were not disclosed.

Akima Acquires Pinnacle Solutions

Akima has completed the acquisition of Pinnacle Solutions, a Huntsville-based provider of aviation operations, flight training, simulation and sustainment services, bringing approximately 500 employees into the Akima family. The purchase expands Akima's aviation and training capabilities in the defense and aerospace markets and Pinnacle will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary under its existing leadership.

LongueVue Capital Invests in Pinnacle Clinical Research

The capital from LVC is intended to support Pinnacle’s organic and inorganic growth, expand clinical trial capacity, and enhance operational capabilities across its Texas sites.
