Aluf Holdings, Inc. (AHIX) has acquired Interaqt Corporation, which does business as COLOTRAQ, making COLOTRAQ a wholly-owned subsidiary. COLOTRAQ is a global sourcing advisory and master agency for colocation, managed hosting, cloud and related network services and will continue operating under the COLOTRAQ name with support from Aluf to scale its DCITRAQ software and pursue private investor capital.
