Amazon to Acquire iRobot for $1.7 Billion in Cash

Amazon has entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire iRobot for $61 per share in an all-cash deal valued at about $1.7 billion, including iRobot’s net debt. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including iRobot shareholder approval and regulatory approvals, and iRobot CEO Colin Angle is expected to remain in role post-closing.

23andMe Acquires Lemonaid Health

23andMe agreed to acquire telemedicine and online pharmacy provider Lemonaid Health for a purchase price of $400 million (25% cash, 75% stock), in a deal expected to close by the end of 2021. The acquisition adds Lemonaid's telemedicine platform and prescription delivery services to 23andMe's consumer business; Lemonaid CEO Paul Johnson will become General Manager of 23andMe's consumer business.

Mnet Health Acquires One Medical Passport, Inc.

Mnet Health, a provider of patient financial solutions for hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, acquired One Medical Passport, Inc., a cloud‑based perioperative workflow SaaS provider, with the deal closing on October 1, 2021. The acquisition combines One Medical Passport's front‑end SaaS capabilities with Mnet's payment services and enlarges the combined organization's ASC footprint to serve nearly 1,500 facilities nationwide.

One Medical Acquires Iora Health

Amazon to Acquire MGM for $8.45 Billion

The deal expands Teladoc’s clinical capabilities and enterprise telehealth footprint—bringing InTouch’s hospital-focused platform, purpose-built devices and managed services into Teladoc’s global virtual care offering; InTouch posted ~ $80 million in 2019 revenue and the transaction was expected to close by end of Q2 2020.
