Wipro Acquires Edgile to Strengthen Strategic Cybersecurity Services

Lookout Acquires CipherCloud to Deliver Endpoint-to-Cloud Security

Lookout, Inc. acquired cloud-native security vendor CipherCloud to combine Lookout’s mobile/endpoint security with CipherCloud’s SASE capabilities (CASB, ZTNA, SWG, DLP). The acquisition positions Lookout to offer an integrated endpoint-to-cloud security platform serving large enterprises and government customers; CipherCloud’s founder Pravin Kothari will join Lookout as EVP, Product and Strategy, SASE. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Zoom Acquires Keybase to Build Enterprise End-to-End Encryption
