AMBA announced it acquired the affinity business and business process outsourcing (BPO) operations of Amwins Group Benefits, LLC. The deal expands AMBA’s national affinity platform and adds carrier-supported administrative infrastructure to support end-to-end affinity insurance program management, including employer-sponsored life and disability port/conversion services.
