American Equipment Holdings Acquires Eastern Crane & Hoist

American Equipment Holdings, a Rotunda Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Eastern Crane and Hoist, a Fountain Inn, South Carolina-based provider of overhead crane systems and MRO field services. The deal expands American Equipment's geographic footprint into the Southeast, retains Eastern Crane's leadership team, and strengthens the combined group's service, parts, engineering and fabrication capabilities as part of a broader add-on growth strategy.
