American Equipment Holdings Acquires Shannahan Crane & Hoist

American Equipment Holdings, a Rotunda Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Shannahan Crane & Hoist, a St. Louis-based provider of engineered overhead crane systems and MRO field services. The transaction is the 14th add-on for American Equipment since partnering with Rotunda in May 2021 and expands the platform's Midwest capabilities and national field-service footprint.
