American Industrial Partners (AIP) and their portfolio company The Brock Group have acquired Chinook Scaffold Systems, LTD, a Nanaimo, British Columbia–based provider of scaffolding and insulation systems. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) adds Chinook's ~400 employees and expands Brock's footprint and service offerings across Western Canada in end markets including oil & gas, mining/smelters and pulp & paper.
