American Industrial Partners (AIP) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Honeywell’s Warehouse and Workflow Solutions (WWS) business. The deal will combine WWS (built on the Intelligrated and Transnorm legacies) with AIP portfolio company Trew to form a new independent warehouse automation platform expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
