American Industrial Partners Acquires Honeywell Warehouse and Workflow Solutions (Intelligrated and Transnorm)

American Industrial Partners (AIP) has completed the all-cash acquisition of Honeywell Technologies’ Warehouse and Workflow Solutions (WWS) business, including the Intelligrated and Transnorm brands. Moving forward, AIP will combine Intelligrated (with Transnorm) with its existing portfolio company Trew to form a broader warehouse automation platform focused on systems integration, automation equipment, software, and lifecycle services.
